  • HATHA VINYASA / VINYASA

    Gabriella Baptistel

Yoga found its way into my life quite naturally. When I moved to Australia from Brazil, I was searching for an enjoyable activity to engage in. I stumbled upon a small yoga studio where the instructor had a deep passion for the physical benefits of yoga. This marked the beginning of my love for yoga, and I delved deeper into studying this ancient practice. Over the years, I completed 450 hours of yoga training, which included Rocket Vinyasa (an Ashtanga-based style) and Hatha Vinyasa. In my classes, I aim for you to experience the joy of self-discovery and personal growth while enhancing your physical and mental flexibility, strength, and balance. As B.K.S Iyengar said, “Balance in the body is the foundation for balance in life.”
