Himalayan Breathwork
Born from the Sattva Yoga lineage, this practice has a deep focus on all aspects of Yoga including breathwork, kriya, asana, mantras, mudras and sound. These practices invoke change and transformation within your life, clearing anything that limits you and sets you on a path of purposeful living. When we commit to this daily practice, we begin to evolve and expand, leaving behind anything which no longer serves us.
