Beyond asana (movement) deeper techniques are woven into this practice such as Pranayama, Bandha, Mudra, Mantra and Meditation.

Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga is a combination of asana, kriya, chanting, meditation, and pranayama. Each class is dynamic, with a particular focus to breathe as you move, while you connect with awareness and acceptance. These classes intend to produce full body awareness and purification.
Vinyasa
Vinyasa is a strong and dynamic practice which keeps you flowing and connected to your breath. These classes bring variety and invoke heat, focusing on strengthening and lengthening your muscles to create balance.

Yin Yoga
Yin focuses on releasing connecting tissue whilst holding postures for longer periods of time to achieve greater movement. This practice allows you the space to slow down, unwind and calm your nervous system. Our Yin classes are integrated so you can experience a deeper practice beyond postures.

Lunar Hatha

Pranayama, Asana (movement), Meditation, Mantra, Mudras and Bandha’s are using in the class to work towards grounding both physically and energetically.

Himalayan Breathwork + Kriya
Himalayan Breathwork + Kriya is a part of Sattva Yoga and woven together with Breathwork, Kriya, Mantras, Mudras and Meditation. The movement aspect which is incorporated in this practice is specifically used for integration purposes to allow Prana to move and settle throughout the body. This can look like intuitive movement or a few rounds of Asana.
This practice connects us to a state of unity and exploring a deep sense of inner connection and devotion.
Furthermore, it teaches us to harness the infinite source of energy within and a dedicated practice allows us to access continual evolution as we tap into our infinite potential and step into a place of expansion.
Sivananda Hatha
Sivananda Yoga is a Holistic approach to Hatha Yoga which incorporates relaxation with deep Yogic breathing. The class starts with pranayama to cleanse and open energy channels and chakras. The asanas or poses in this practice are used to strengthen the body for meditation while increasing flexibility of the spine, stimulate circulatory and immune systems. This style of yoga starts and ends with chanting and meditation to leave one feeling relaxed and rejuvenated at the same time.
